We collect minimal information to operate the app. Specifically:

• Payment information — when you purchase access, your name and email address are collected via Stripe (our payment processor). We do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.
• Access codes — when you purchase, a unique access code is generated and emailed to you. We record that the code has been used alongside your name and email address in our records.
• Contact form submissions — if you contact us via the website, we collect your name, email address and message.
• Device storage — the app stores your unlock status in your browser's local storage so you don't have to re-enter your code. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising
• We do not collect usage analytics or track which puzzles you complete
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not collect data from children under 13

How We Use Your Information

• To process your payment and deliver your access code
• To respond to enquiries you send us
• To manage institutional licences and send invoices

Data Retention

We retain your name and email address for as long as your access code remains active. If you would like your data removed, please contact us and we will delete it within 30 days.
